The Scout Go-Bag Registration closes on 1/20 for this live online workshop on 1/28. We’ll mail you out supplies and then send you on a scavenger hunt through your house to help you put together your own go-bag from items you have available. This is a really fun way to start thinking about being prepared for anything!

Food As Medicine The 3-Day Apothecarist Intensive. Learn a very different approach to working with food in a therapeutic role. Start off by learning your food safety guidelines before launching into 3 days of discussing, making and tasting fermented foods, condiments, therapeutic stocks and other medicinal foods.
